Hi All!
The bay is alive this past while & we are regularly seeing wildlife on our Sliabh Liag cruises.
We are looking at doing a dedicated wildlife trip this Wednesday evening at 6 pm as the weather conditions are looking great.
Booking available on our website & full bar & facilities onboard to add to your experience. Limited space for total enjoyment.

Poached the fish in some milk first, went all traditional, so I did. Added a couple of bay leaves from outside our restaurant, like a real life chef! Sometimes the old ways. Are the best ways eh!

Don’t you love his brief description of what he has and when he has it. 😂 I (par exampla) would have to go into detail about the dish itself, which I know will include a beautiful brandy sauce. Unless he changes it up this time. I’ll find out later at work. 😂

Right now rest for the wicked. I’m on a prep shift this morning. Me and mornings have become friends now. Which isn’t a bad thing really!

If I never see another colour chart again it won’t be too soon. It’s such a chore and I wish I was better at it. Tile’s for bathrooms came yesterday. Hopefully they work. We just painted the restaurant in a colour called hi line. Should maybe be doing same thing for all our new wee projects. 😂

🙌🙌 narrow and windy roads at the end to get here but absolutely one of THE most amazing places in the world. (Also mind out for the sheep sitting on the tar in the middle of the road, taking in the heat of the road!)
