The Roost

The Roost Centrally located in Killarney, The Roost offers a variety of succulent grilled meats in a relaxed, The Roost is a modern take on a traditional cooking method.

Our birds are sourced from local Irish farms and delivered daily. After marinating the meat overnight with our own home-made blend of herbs and spices, it is then cooked at a high heat in our real charcoal oven resulting in succulent meat with an intense flavour.

It's a great place to work, I like the open kitchen.

- What's your favourite thing about Killarney?
I like the Ring of Kerry. Kerry is good for horse riding too.

Monday madness! Come on down to The Roost to start your week off with a bang. €1 house fries with any main meal ordered between 12pm and 3pm. Mouth watering ribs also on special.

The ribs are back in town! Come on down to The Roost and get a half or full portion of mouth watering ribs. They're slow cooked for 2 hours and then finished off in our charcoal oven with a sticky BBQ sauce. Best ribs around!
