On the 31st October, our restaurant will be closing for the season. We have had a great time this year welcoming people from far and wide into the restaurant and making lifelong memories. However, we have to allow John Foley to have a break from time to time!

Until then, the restaurant will be open Tuesday to Sunday from 4pm until 8pm.

Get ready for a spook-tacular Halloween Party!

On Saturday 31st October, we will be having a Halloween party. Starting at 8 o’clock with DJ Keith on the decks to shake your bones up! There will be prizes for the best dressed on the night so get creative!

Who knows what ghosts and ghouls will walk through the doors! 👻💀🎃

We were very saddened to hear the passing of a dear friend of the pub, John Michael. He loved coming to the pub for a pint of Guinness and regaling stories with everyone.

He was a great character and always came to the pub with a smile on his face. He will be dearly missed by all of the staff, who loved to see him come in through the doors. In one of the photos he is in deep conversation, no doubt, about the price of sheep and cattle.

If you’re looking for a reason to come to Foley’s on a Thursday night, this is it! We had another astounding session last Thursday night. We are blessed to have so many phenomenal musicians nearby. If you fancy joining in then come along and sit in. We will have the set dancing back this Thursday.

We were, also, delighted to meet Andy and Christy, who are better known as ‘Le Boom’. Be sure to check out their music! Hopefully, the session gave them an itch to come back down!

We have been blessed with all the wonderful musicians that call in. There is some tremendous talent around the place - young and old! Tomorrow is sure to be as good as the rest before them. Make sure to call in if you’re passing the door. Maybe even John Foley will do a bit of dancing 🕺

A big congratulations to Keel Gaa on winning the Premier Junior Championship. A tremendous win, even if they did it the hard way. We had to get the blood pressure monitor out for John Foley towards the end of the game.

Thank you for always calling in and supporting the bar! We look forward to watching you represent Kerry in the Munster championship.

Best of luck to Keel Gaa in their Premier Junior Championship final. They face Churchill, playing at Austin Stack Park with throw in time of 17:30. The game is also shown on clubber!

As it’s too wet for painting, an ai version of Foley’s in the Keel colours will have to do!
