I have thought about posting this , nervous at the same time but i am really upset and annoyed And I know mine will say . " Let that over your head Ma " but no not this time ....
Also I want to point out I do not want sympathy or nasty comments on this I AM NOT OPENING A DEBATE HERE ..
We have been working none stop the past few weeks while running with only our small washing machines as we waited for a part for our big washer that we do jobs in like duvets/throws etc ..We were hoping to receive the part up to a week of ordering but that turned into 5 weeks (as these things happen )..
Our customers that were told of our issue where totally understandable and where so nice about it and just happy to wait until we catch up ...

I have just encountered the most horrible comments I have ever heard in the 7 yrs I am open because this person's duvet was here over 2 weeks and not done ..they asked to take the duvet back which I totally understand, even though I explained why it wasn't done and offered to do it in the next day or so
It was the attitude and response that has left me upset and shaking and here on my own today, I literally had to close the door and take timeout ..
Anyone who has had maybe a once of bad experience with a small business , do not realise what damage they can do to our reputation by sheer gossip instead of taking it up with the owner
according to this person Mags Laundry has a bad reputation of been a disaster...WOW ...
No one understands how hard it is for anyone that runs a small businesses to survive in this day and age , working long hours to cover extortionate overheads and no support from any field out there
I was taken aback today and left quite shook .But know myself and Shauna work so hard day in day out to run this business as I also know
If Mags Laundry has such a bad reputation how are we so busy and have God knows how many returning loyal customers as well as new customers that we just love calling in to us
We are not niave here , we cannot please everyone and know people have a right to an opinion about our business but please all you begrudgers out there think on before spreading harmful, hurtful comments it's not nice ...behind these business are ordinary hard working people just doing our best ..
