Introducing our incredibly talented bartender Mai's entry for the Drumshanbo Gunpowder gin 'Curious Cocktail' competition! Mai has already gotten through to the second round of the competition, and we couldn't be more delighted.

Named the 'Queen of the Night', this drink is made with jasmine syrup, pink pepper syrup, gunpowder tea, sodawater and of course, Gunpowder Gin Italian Fig & Laurel. 🍵✨
