have gone and brewed their first Triple IPA. This absolute monster of a hop bomb will be pouring this Friday for the first time. If you want to try something a bit special then pop down to us this weekend.

"The time has come for our first triple IPA. After the great reaction to Celestial Floods DIPA we have taken some of the learnings from that and turned the dial up to 10.
With every dusk comes new life… new beginnings. Young Cardinals is Galway Bay's first TIPA. This 10% ABV hazy IPA is brewed with a fluffy, pillowy malt base of wheat, spelt, and oats, and triple dry-hopped with Riwaka, Pacific Sunrise, and Citra LUPOMAX, bursting with southern hemisphere tropical fruit notes like mango, kumquat, pineapple, and even seriguela (if your exotic fruit sensory game is strong). Here’s to new things in life! Store cold, drink fresh!"

Celestial Hazy Dipa in collaboration with . Dry hopped outrageously and packed with some hop science wizardry. This hazy is set to be one of their best

Tharapita Imperial Baltic Porter in collaboration with the mighty . A huge dark beer that's also wickedly smooth. A complex triple mash and then lagered for 9 weeks. Pure Baltic porter heaven

We've got the lovely folks from London over brewing a beer with us this week so we thought we'd get them to bring along some of their freshest brews as well for a bit of a shindig down in the one and only Salthouse. If you've been to London in the past 2 years you'll have seen their taps popping up everywhere and their taproom is one of the most popular on the excellent Blackhorse beer mile. They brew a wide range of styles with some really out of the box ideas which have gained them a legion of fans. You really need to try the Irnbru sour which proud Glaswegian owner Mark has honed over many years. Join us for the first Irish pours of this exciting new wave UK brewer.
