I finally got to try wild eel and fresh water shrimps from the Shimanto River. They were of very high quality and very satisfying. However, I have to report to you with great disappointment that Kappa-ya's Una-don, which uses wild Irish eel, was of far higher quality than those dishes. I am very sorry that I do not have the opportunity to cook such wonderful wild Irish eel for you now.😭😭😭
