Led by Sarah Corcoran, the choir comes together to share the music they have been working on throughout the year. This relaxed and uplifting event celebrates the power of voices together and promises a gorgeous evening of combined vocal talents.

⭐Fleadh Nua 2026: An Traidisiún Beo/The Living Tradition⭐Sun 31 May | 8pm

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.

Founded in 1951 to halt the decline of traditional Irish Music and Song, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann is now a worldwide movement with 450 branches spread across 22 countries.

Through words and music, song and dance ‘An Traidisiún Beo’ will explore the history of Comhaltas in Clare from the first branch in Tulla in 1954, through sessions and ceilis to County Fleadhs and Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, saluting the musicians and members, singers and dancers and the generations of musical families who all form part of ‘The Living Tradition’.

This concert will feature a remarkable line-up of musicians and singers including Francis Droney (Concertina); Áine Droney (Fiddle); Ann Kirrane (Concertina, Vocals); Seamus Bugler (Accordian); Martin Breen (Piano); Mark Donnellan (Accordian); Emer Coughlan (Concertina, Harp); John Kelly (Fiddle); Charlie le Brun (Flute); Johnny Kelly (Fiddle) & Cathy Potter Kelly (Harp); Liam Jones (Vocals/Guitar); Gereldine Cotter (Piano); Cillian Boyd (Flute/Pipes) Maebh Boyd (Fiddle); Blackie O’Connell (Pipes) and many more.
