Our chefs have put together three delicious specials this weekend, packed with rich flavours, quality ingredients and a little touch of indulgence! 😍

🦐 STARTER SPECIAL – Traditional Irish Seafood Chowder 🐟
A deliciously rich and velvety seafood chowder, generously filled with tender chunks of fresh cod, succulent salmon, smoked haddock, juicy prawns and mussels.
Slowly simmered in a luxurious creamy broth with leeks, carrots and celery, bringing together the wonderful flavours of the sea. Served with freshly sliced wheaten bread, perfect for soaking up every last drop! 🥣✨

🍖 MAIN COURSE SPECIAL – Slow-Braised Lamb Shank
Beautifully tender lamb shank, slowly braised until the meat simply falls from the bone. Cooked in a rich red w**e and aromatic herb jus, creating a wonderfully deep, savoury flavour.
