Years ago, wine on tap had a reputation for being poor quality, often coming from large-scale production with little love for the product.

That’s where saw a gap in the market in 2013.

Their premise was simple - find wines they loved from independent producers around the world, and work with those winemakers to keg their wine without compromising quality.

Now, everywhere from pubs like Mo Chara to Michelin-starred restaurants can pour wine that’s fresh, consistent, and served perfectly every time.

Pablo took over Casa Monte Pio from his grandmother in Rías Baixas, in the northwest of Spain - a region often known as the final stretch of the Camino de Santiago.

🍾🍷 Would a limited-edition wine for the pub, made by Pablo, be a nice addition to our fridges? Or do we look at opening a wine bar with all our new found knowledge? 🍾🍷
