1 year today since we closed the doors of our lovely pub for the last time to date. Thinking of our wonderful team of staff and their families at the moment. We at JPs would like to remind the government that we are . Our livelihoods remain shut down. Although we understand that we cannot open at the moment, we need a roadmap and a plan for the future.

5 months ago the Irish pub industry was asked to close in response to the pandemic. We stand in solidarity with Irish pubs and are asking the government for support to help our industry recover. The road ahead is getting longer. Open the pubs.

It is with heavy hearts that we made the decision to close our doors today until further notice. The safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance. Tonight’s winners in our last of 2019 in JP Mooneys , Team “Who’s Joe” battled 15 teams , well done guys 🙌 and a €50 bar tab for their troubles, finally a merry Xmas to all the wonderful staff and regulars in JP’s, I hope you guys have a fantastic one and look forward to seeing you all in 2020,
