Twenty years ago, Dylan opened its doors with a vision to create something different for Dublin. This year, as we celebrate that milestone, we invite you to experience our new Era by Era Afternoon Tea, inspired by four defining chapters in the story of our historic townhouse.
Taking guests on a journey through more than 125 years of history, the experience draws inspiration from the building's Victorian beginnings, its years as the Nurses' Home for the Royal City of Dublin Hospital, the Hibernian era and the arrival of Dylan in 2006. Thoughtfully created by our kitchen and pastry teams, each element reflects the people, places and moments that have shaped this address over the generations.
