Beautifully refurbished and returned to its former glory, Ryan’s is an original Victorian pub located near the front gate of the Phoenix Park.

At Ryan’s you can still see many of its original Victorian features such as gas lamps, whiskey barrels, and traditional snugs. A slightly newer addition to our family ~ the cocktail trolly.

We will be featuring a monthly special, which will be prepared at your table. To kickstart we’ve chosen a Bonac 24 (50ml) & Tonic for €10.50.

Bonac 24: A profusion of natural botanicals. Pleasingly smooth on the palate, hints of citrus, mint and star anise.

Perfectly paired with our fresh daily Irish oysters from the oyster bar!

A lot of you are wondering about our re-opening schedule - wonder no longer!

Pembroke Street & Monkstown will open before the rest of the group, on Wednesday the 1st of July.

All other restaurants - Crow Street, the Bull & Castle and Parkgate Street - will open the following Friday (the 3rd).

Everyone on the team - those you see AND those you don't! - are raring to go. Your steaks are dry-aging, your wine selection is being carefully curated, and every possible measure to keep you safe while you're with us is being implemented.

Due to the unfolding current events and taking public safety and the health of our customers and staff into consideration, we are CLOSING our doors at all our restaurants and bars until such time that it is safe to reopen.

You will still be able to purchase F.X. Buckley meats and groceries at our Victualler and Grocer on Pembroke St beside our restaurant. We have a fully stocked grocer with all you need to cook in the safety and comfort of your own home.
Also, over the coming weeks, we will be providing you with useful cooking advice, cocktail creations and stories from the F.X. Buckley archives.
We look forward to seeing you all soon again and we know it will be a great party when we do.

Congrats to all involved at the new F.X. Buckley Victualler & Grocer over in Dublin 2 (beside the Pembroke St steakhouse). Now open from 10 am - 7 pm Tuesday to Saturday from next week.
That's Stephen the butcher in the picture below. He will help you choose the best cut of meat for your homecooked meal. There's also an array of Irish products such as Irish honey's, cheeses, breads, and sauces to name just a few. Food par excellence.

Our Victualler and Grocer is now open right beside our Pembroke St steakhouse. We are open from 10am- 7pm Monday to Friday which means you can come in on your lunch break or after work and select your cut of meat.
