Paul's Bistro & Wine Bar We are a family run Restaurant Paul has been a chef for the past 30 years. Do call in you wont be disappointed!

He trained in the Shelbourne Hotel, Jurys Hotel, Ballsbridge and has worked over the years in many well known establishments eg Cat & Cage in the 80s & 90s, Punch Bowl, Booterstown in the 90s & Autobhan- Glasnevin, Fagans-Drumcondra, Cumiskeys- Blackhorse Ave., Yacht- Clontarf in the 90s - 2012. Paul decided it was time to open his own place and share with his friends many of his delightful dishes.
