Our wine of the week!
This beautiful ‘Chablis Premier Cru’ (€72) has a beautiful bouquet of green apple, honeycomb, orange rind and dried white flowers.
This medium to fill bodied wine pairs beautifully with our ‘Baked Cod’ main, and also with our ‘Caramelised cauliflower Risotto!’
