ILS SONT ARRIVÉS! 🇫🇷 The official race is over, and the 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau has landed in Dublin’s oldest wine bar.

What is Beaujolais Nouveau? It's the first wine of the harvest (made from Gamay grapes), released worldwide on the third Thursday of November, a tradition rooted in celebrating the end of the year's vineyard work.

The Taste: This light-bodied, fresh red wine is made using a special process called carbonic maceration, which preserves vibrant floral and fruity aromas. Expect bright, juicy red berries, a violet bouquet, and zero pretense.
Come experience the discovery—a quintessential French wine moment—in the intimate setting of our cellar.
