Meet Lucas.
Lucas’s passion for food began at home before taking him through Dublin’s culinary scene—most notably spending over 11 years at The Old Spot.
As the new Head Chef, Lucas is taking the lead in the kitchen, specialising in low-and-slow cooking, grill work, and flavor-first dishes with honest ingredients.
Lucas be working alongside Group Executive Head Chef Mark, who is on hand to support Lucas and the team in delivering great food built on strong kitchen culture and positive energy.
