Out of the 200 member organisations we surveyed in our 2026 Glandore Pulse Survey, 74% operate a hybrid working model. Our research shows that over the last few years, the office has become a space for connection, collaboration and culture - not just somewhere employees go out of routine.
 
42% of our members say their teams spend just 1-2 days per week in the office, 31% say their teams spend 3-4 days in the office, almost 9% work fully remotely and interestingly, 9% have no formal policy.

A true highlight of our year ✨

We were delighted to host Glandore’s Annual Alumni Dinner at No. 25 Fitzwilliam Place, bringing together alumni, members and friends for an evening of connection and celebration.

It was especially meaningful to welcome back our longstanding alumnus John S. Slattery as our guest speaker - 16 years after he was based in Glandore. His insights, stories and global perspective made for a fascinating fireside chat.
