Since launching its Cork office in Glandore's City Quarter in spring 2026, Qumulo has already outgrown its first space with us, moving from 16 seats into two offices for 30, with the flexibility to keep scaling as the team grows toward 50+ new roles over the next three years.

Last Friday we were thrilled to welcome eight teams to compete for The Fitzwilliam Cup at our annual charity golf day in association with The Irish Youth Foundation at Castle Golf Club, Rathfarnham. Most startups are focused on scaling as quickly as possible. Ctrl Alt has taken a different approach, building a business designed to last by putting trust, regulation and culture at the centre of its growth from day one.

Founded in 2022, Ctrl Alt is helping transform financial markets through tokenisation, making traditionally inaccessible assets more accessible while working hand in hand with regulators, not against them. Their growth has been remarkable.

AI continues to dominate conversations about the future of work, but our latest findings suggest there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Out of the 200 member organisations we surveyed in our 2026 Glandore Pulse Survey, over half of respondents believe AI will have no impact on their headcount, while 13% expect AI to lead to lower staff numbers. Interestingly, 7% expect AI to increase headcount. Over a quarter of respondents say it is too early to tell.
