Our Whiskey of the Month for June is the incredible 12 Year Old Single Malt ☘️🥃

Released as a permanent addition to Bushmill’s core range in January 2022, this is a blend of single malts matured for a minimum of 11 years in oloroso sherry seasoned casks and ex-bourbon barrels. The blend is then finished for 6 to 9 months in Marsala wine seasoned barriques.

This special release is a celebration of the unmistakable richness and character of traditional Single Pot Still Irish whiskey.

Carefully hand selected and crafted with a focus on fortified wine cask maturation, this expression brings together exceptional casks to create a whiskey that is both distinctive and true to its heritage. The influence of PX sherry casks adds layers of depth, enhancing the spirit’s natural spice with notes of dried fruit, sweetness, and complexity.

Matured for 11 years and bottled at a robust 51.7% ABV, this is a whiskey designed to be savoured, offering a rich and rewarding drinking experience.

Limited to just 1,523 individually numbered bottles, each release is presented with bespoke labelling and accompanied by detailed tasting notes, all housed in a collector’s presentation box.
