They say you shouldn't meet your hero's...well in this case I did and I was definitely starstruck to meet Peter Hauptfleisch from BLANKO-B by BLANKBOTTLE
From South Africa and based around Wellington, but spread all around the western Cape he has really entertaining stories and each one end up in a bottle.
With a unique focus and with 150 labels(mostly small productions) he knows how to run a tight ship and each one delivers every single time and with a sense of place.
