MEET THE CHEF BEHIND IVY LANE 🌿

We’re delighted to introduce Peter Clifford, our new Head Chef at Ivy Lane!

Peter comes to us with a seriously impressive background. Having started his culinary journey alongside his father, Michelin-starred chef Michael Clifford, he went on to work in some of Ireland and the UK’s most renowned kitchens.

From the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud to working in kitchens under the names of Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver, Peter has built an impressive career alongside some of the best in the industry. He has also held the position of Executive Head Chef at Dublin’s prestigious Westbury Hotel.

A new menu, a new direction and a chef we’re very excited to have on board. We can’t wait for you to see what’s coming.

This is just the beginning. Over the coming days we’ll be sharing more from Ivy Lane, including our new lunch offering and the return of our Signature Sunday Roast.

Ivy Lane opens Friday 16th October from 5pm.

Opening weekend is reservation only, with limited tables available.

Introducing Ivy Lane at Brubakers🌿

A fresh chapter begins.

Familiar favourites, freshly reimagined — with quality ingredients, bold flavours and a brand new dining experience at Brubakers.

Ivy Lane officially opens from 5pm on Friday 16th October.

Opening weekend will be reservation only, with limited tables available, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Our new website is on the way — for now, you can continue to book your table as usual through Brubakers.ie

And for those wondering… our Signature Sunday Roast isn’t going anywhere. It’s back — and here to stay!

There’s plenty more to share over the next couple of weeks — from our brand new menus to the talent behind it 🙌🏼

The kitchen reopens Friday 16th October — and things are going to look a little different. 🌿
