🌮Taco bell Authentic Mexican Crispy Recipe
🍴 Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cooked chicken, beef mince or mash potatoes (your choice)
1 cup olive oil (for frying)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup crumbled chesse
1 cup sour cream
Salsa verde mild , Chutney pico gallo mild or hot spicy Chile de Arbol for topping.
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Use cooked shredded chicken, mince beef, or mashed potatoes as your filling. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and any additional spices (like onion or seasoning ) if needed.
Warm the Tortillas:

Heat the tortillas in a skillet or until pliable to prevent them from cracking when rolled. make the taco fry or used the taco shells from 12 pack -Crunchy Taco " box , you can find in the shop.

For Fry the Tortilla Tacos:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the tacos in batches, seam-side down first, until golden and crispy (about 1–2 minutes per side).
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Top the Tacos:
Place the tacos on a plate and top with mince or chicken, (mash potatoes for vegan) shredded lettuce, crumbled cheese , Sour cream , and your favorite salsa.
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve immediately while crispy and warm. Pair with rice, beans, or guacamole for a complete meal.

Cacao: It is very rich in antioxidants, surpassing green tea and red wine, due to its high content of vitamin C, fiber and serotonin, which makes it an excellent ally to prevent cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, liver, gastric and colon cancer.
Pecan & Almonds : In addition to being delicious, they are also low in calories and rich in protein, fiber and antioxidants. Their high vitamin B content can be beneficial for metabolism.
