We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Part-Time Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification and be confident delivering swimming lessons to children and adults.

The role includes:
• Swimming instruction
• Pool and leisure centre supervision
• Maintaining excellent safety standards
• Welcoming and assisting guests and members
• Helping keep the leisure centre clean and presentable

Previous leisure centre experience, Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications are desirable.

Abbey & Central Hotels are seeking someone who has a background in group & individual reservations and is looking to expand their career into a group role.
You will be responsible for processing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all booking information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries about room availability and hotel services
Make, modify, and cancel reservations for individual guests and groups
Handle group bookings, including coordinating room blocks, special requests, and payment details
Provide information on rates, promotions, and packages
Maintain accurate records in the reservation system and update guest profiles
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Operations Team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
Candidate must be flexible as this position includes Saturday's
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office programs is essential
Experience with hotel reservation systems (desirable)
Ability to manage multiple bookings and pay close attention to detail
Must have a passion for the sector and be able to represent a company to the highest standards
Must be highly detail orientated with utmost organisational skills
Previous Experience in Hotel Reception/Reservations is preferred.
