It is with great sadness that myself and Veronica wish to inform our loyal customers over the last 5 years that we are finishing up in the Dolphin Hotel. We had a belief and a dream that the Dolphin opened and running again would benefit the town. We believed that a foundation of a good restaurant providing high quality food to the town was a good start, we wholeheartedly believe we have done that with the team and friends we have working with us. Sadly our dream of updating the rooms wasn't something we financially could stretch too. Pat & Mary saw our ideas and saw the potential of the hotel. They have invested heavily and brought the Dolphin to the next level, something we couldn't have financially done. However, a change in the dynamics recently with their vision of the next stage is not something that alligns with ours. We hope to see all our friends sometime on a different side of the counter for once. Thank you for custom, and allowing us to provide you with your special memories. All the best, Morgan & Veronica.
