Enjoy the quality seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients, where possible, such as Kinvara Smoked Salmon, Aran Goats Cheese, Loughnane’s pork products and Sliabh Aughty Honey. Desserts are off the comforting kind, sticky toffee pudding, bread and butter pudding, apple crumble, and rhubarb pie. Rafterys continue to carry the great vintage whiskeys they were always known for and, of course other spirits, wines and locally crafted beers and ciders. Pride is taken with the exterior part of the premises with hanging baskets, seasonal plants and flowers planted around the smoking area and carpark.
