We’re turning The Kino into a late afternoon and evening market, record fair and live music hangout for Cork Business Association’s Coffee Festival.

From 3PM until 10PM, expect a proper mix of unusual market stalls, vinyl digging, independent art, clothing, jewellery and plenty more to discover.

There’ll be DJs keeping things moving throughout the evening, live singers dropping in, good people, good atmosphere and plenty of reasons to hang around.

And of course...

Coffee.

Not just any coffee either.

We’ve got something a little special brewing for this one. ☕👀

Come down, have a dig through the records, find something you didn’t know you needed, grab a coffee, catch some music and spend the evening with us.

🎬 IRISH SCREEN NIGHT BEGINS AT THE KINO

This Tuesday, we’re launching our new Irish Screen Night with Roddy Doyle’s classic:

THE COMMITMENTS

But this is about more than watching a great Irish film.

The opening night is a fundraiser for The First Ones Covered our community initiative created to help people experiencing isolation step back into the world through music, conversation and local culture.

Funds raised will support the Kino Community Tab, covering someone’s first coffee, soft drink, alcohol-free drink, pint or selected event entry.

No forms.
No explanations.
No proof required.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply walking through the door. We want people to know that when they do, the first one’s covered.

We’re delighted to support The Cork Runway 2026, taking place tomorrow at Cyprus Avenue in aid of Cuanlee Women and Children’s Refuge.

This is more than a fashion show. It’s an evening celebrating strength, courage, recovery and community while raising vital support for women and children who need it most.

Wishing Rory, Lydia and everyone involved an incredible and successful night. Cork gets stronger when its venues, creatives and communities support one another.
