The sun finally remembered we exist! ☀️

Doors open at 4:00 PM, and we’re celebrating with our Tuna Tartare.

Delicate tuna with ponzu, lime, and toasted sesame, served on golden wonton crisps with whipped avocado mousse, fresh cucumber, and shallot.

It is light, crunchy, and absolutely made for sunny afternoons. Come grab a glass of wine and soak up the vitamin D! 🥂☀️

Gruyère, Spinach & Artichoke Gratin.

Delicate spinach and artichoke hearts folded into a silky sauce made with Muscadet. A crisp Loire Valley wine known for its bright acidity and subtle minerality, bringing balance and freshness to the dish.

Finished with aged Gruyère, prized for its rich, nutty flavour and perfect melt, creating that golden crust and unmistakable cheese pull.

Served warm with sourdough and tortilla chips for dipping.

Cold rain, grey skies, and that stubborn chill that won’t quite leave? Spring hasn’t fully made up its mind yet.
Rich, bold, and unapologetically dark, Bedoba Saperavi is a Georgian red wine from Kakheti. It offers a savory bouquet of blackberries, black pepper, herbs, and flowers, featuring a juicy texture and rich tannins, it’s the kind of red that feels like it was made for days like this!
If the skies won’t brighten, at least this glass can 🍷
