The sun finally remembered we exist! ☀️
Doors open at 4:00 PM, and we’re celebrating with our Tuna Tartare.
Delicate tuna with ponzu, lime, and toasted sesame, served on golden wonton crisps with whipped avocado mousse, fresh cucumber, and shallot.
It is light, crunchy, and absolutely made for sunny afternoons. Come grab a glass of wine and soak up the vitamin D! 🥂☀️
