Soft Bao Buns filled with crispy roasted duck, glazed with gochujang caramel, celeriac & apple remoulade, sesame and spring onion.

Tonight, the skies over Spain take centre stage as the total solar eclipse crosses the country, and we’re bringing a taste of Spain to the glass.

Mas Petit by Pares Balta from the Penedes in Catalonia.
A beautifully expressive red, bringing together the fruit and aromatic character of garnacha with the softness of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Velcro, juicy and effortlessly drinkable. A w**e made for lingering over.

Just like the Eclipse we’ll watch it disappear in stages..
