Our new Wh***ey of the Week is the Roe&Co Irish Wh***ey 🥃

Refined, elegant, and with remarkable depth, a masterful blend of rich malt wh***ey and the smoothest of grain wh***ey aged in bourbon casks.

Pop in the Shelbourne Bar and try it, only this week, for €6.

There are many stories about how the Cork Jazz Festival was born. This is ours, and we’re sticking to it.

A huge thank you to the VFI for hosting the regional winners of the Irish Pub Awards yesterday at the Tullamore Court Hotel 🏆

It was a brilliant management day out and dinner, and a real pleasure to meet so many fellow regional winners from across the country.

We’re proud to be representing Cork as Best Tourist Bar, and we can’t wait for the Nationals at the Mansion House this November 🍀

None of this happens without our fantastic team, who work so hard every single day to make The Shelbourne what it is. Thank you, and thank you to all our stakeholders and loyal customers for your support 🥃

The Woodford Reserve is our new Wh***ey of the Week 🥃

A great tasting Bourbon that uses an unusually high proportion of rye grain in the mash bill (18%). What also marks out Woodford Reserve is the use of triple distillation and the inclusion of pot still wh***ey.

All this makes for a flavoursome and smooth wh***ey.

Come try it, only this week, for €8.50.
