We are searching for a committed, proactive bar manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The bar manager will promote and grow the business, train staff and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent service.
In order to succeed as a bar manager, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.
Accommodation will be part of the remuneration package.

Dave has been with us for longer than he can remember! A great Guys sorta guy 😁 he could run the place with his eyes closed at this stage.

Dave noticed a glitch in the system, a blind spot in our service design, one which slowed things down unnecessarily.

So what did he do? He only went and invented his very own radio-transmitting, arduino -controlled, mains-powered table availability device!

Okay, so not the catchiest name, but we think it's brilliant. And we think Dave is brilliant for inventing it.

Look out for it next time you're in.
