A great day playing CYMS Snooker Club letterkenny in a challenge match today in Donegal.

Great hospitality from a great club. Some excellent snooker played by both teams with 4 sessions taking place. We raced into a 2-0 lead after the morning session with wins from Neill, Michael (Stick) & Brian in the first set of matches.

In the second set of matches again Neil & Stick both took the wins with Derek making it 2-0 overall in the match.

Both teams went for a midsession interval and when they returned it was the Donegal men who needed to produce something and that they did with some nice breaks.

After 7 hours play a draw was probably a fair result and that’s how it turned out to be.

A great day had by all and we look forward to meeting again with the CYMS Letterkenny.

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome.
