A little patience, plenty of flavour. 👨‍🍳

Our venison roulade brings together tender cuts of venison, pistachios for a little crunch, fresh rosemary, thyme, wild garlic and a splash of port.

As Ray explains, the secret is in the preparation. Leaving it to marinate overnight allows all those beautiful flavours to come together.

And sometimes, the simplest way to enjoy something is the best – just a slice of toasted bread and you’re sorted!
