Last weekend was a lot of craic..
We had people from join us for food, music, and just to sot outside relax and take in the view.
On Saturday night we had in for a mix of original tunes and covers. The night finished with a sing song with the locals keeping it going.
The boys will be back again on the 4th of July - so if you missed it this time, mark it down for next.
On Sunday then we were joined by Anne Rynne and friends for an impromptu session.
We’re blessed to have some of the country’s best musicians just drop in to play a few tunes together.
We always welcome it and want to make this more common over the summer.
And to top it all off we Sat together and watched the Clare u20’s win the All-Ireland.
In the restaurant things have been building.
One of the rising favourites on the menu now is our new pulled goat in pitta bread.
Slow roasted for 7 hours in herbs and spices - if you haven’t tried it yet, now is the time.
I’ll do a dedicated post on that soon.
This weekend we go at it all again, with some changes to our evening menu (we’re adding an oven roasted hake..).
As always thank you to everyone who joined us for our first month of opening, we couldn’t do it without you.
It’s great to have a place where the community can all meet and share a good time.
We’re looking forward to the rest of the summer as we have many things planned.
See you soon!
