Everything starts here — under the Blackstairs Mountains in Co. Carlow. Barley, weather, patience and a long walk to think. Then it goes in a bottle, and the bottle goes to Dad.

The bird always finds its way home. So does its whiskey. 🪶

Today we signed off on phase one of the Larch Grove maturation warehouse — two brothers, a stack of blueprints, and a very Irish kind of patience.

This is what "bringing it home" actually looks like: an empty Carlow shed about to become a cask cathedral. Maturation, bonding, bottling — all under the same roof we grew up beside.

Adventure in every drop. Home in every sip.
