🥥 Curried monkfish & hake fishcake with coconut and lemongrass cream, chilli jam, dressed mixed leaves and scallions.

🐟 Roasted hake with crispy potatoes tossed in Parmesan and chives, garlic prawns, salsa verde, ’nduja oil and tempura broccoli.

🥩 Surf & Turf - 6oz fillet steak with a “seafood smokie” of salmon, hake and smoked haddock cooked in cream and white w**e, served with cherry vine tomatoes and pepper sauce.
