We offer locally sourced food and a range of wines and spirits from all over the world. Relax and unwind in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that one expects from a traditional Irish pub. If you're watching sports, celebrating a family occasion or just meeting up with your friends "The Strands" have all you need. We also offer accommodation and a wide range of water sports activities from our sister company Wavesweeper Sea Adventures, giving a whole new take on Surf and Turf!!

What a brilliant night we had last Friday! Huge thanks to everyone who took part and helped raise fantastic funds for Kilmore Ladies FC & Kilmore FC 💚🤍⚽

A big congratulations to our winning team on the night – PJ’s Angels 🏆👏

We really appreciate the support from everyone who took part, and a big thank you as well to those who donated prizes – it all helped make the night a great success.

Our next quiz will support two very worthy causes who do incredible work both locally and beyond – the Ballyglass RNLI & Coastguard🌊
