Dear All,

I am very regretful to say that i have left my position at RoosteR PiL PiL. The creating of restaurant has been a very enjoyable experience and challenge that I would never forget. Going to work every day and watching the business grow has given strength and confidence for my career for the further. I have meet and worked with many amazing people and have gained life long friends that i hope to keep in the future.

Me leaving the restaurant has been a hard decision that I have come to realise would be best decision for my family life as well as myself. I have no words except gratitude for my customers and my fellow work mates that have helped me make Rooster Pil Pil a success.

The running and managing Rooster Pil Pil has a challenge that i set on myself to create a restaurant that I could incorporate my years of experience i gained while working in the hotel. I now feel that I have been successful in completing that challenge and have gained and given as much as I can. The time has come where i can not give anymore of my abilities and rather change the direction of my attention on spending time with my family and my further expand my knowledge on my currer.

So from the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone for standing by me and supporting Rooster Pil Pil Ballincollig . I wish more success for rooster pil pil in the future and it's new management as they would surely receive. special thanks Chef Bary who was my right hand during my time as the owner of Rooster Pil Pil Ballincollig.
