Mickos sister Anna May, will be reposing, in Clarke’s funeral home, tomorrow Monday 19th October from 5pm -7pm. May her gentle soul RIP.

The death has occurred of Anne Mary (Annamay) Garrett (née Gargan), Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Scotland and formerly of Moyle, Tierworker, Co. Meath, who passed away peacefully at Ayrshire Central Hospital on 18th September 2026.

Predeceased by her husband William, son Ian, brother Philip and sisters Rose, Eileen and Margaret.

A loving mother who will always be missed by her children Shirley and David, son-in-law Colin, granddaughters Alissa and Kelsey, brother Micko and sister Bridget.

May Annamay Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough, on Monday, 19th October, from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral arriving at St Patrick's Church, Tierworker, on Tuesday, 20th October, for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Moynalty Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Crosshouse Hospital and Woodland View, Ayrshire Central Hospital, and community carers for the care and warmth shown to Annamay during her stays in hospital and at home.

As a mark of respect following the passing of Micko’s sister, Margaret Preston, the pub will be closed on Monday, 22nd June, to pay our respects and attend the funeral.

Margaret will be sadly missed by all who knew her. We extend our deepest sympathies to Margaret’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.

Rest in Peace, Margaret.
