Phelans Pub Traditional family run Irish pub located in Bagenalstown Co Carlow. We are delighted to announce that we will be reopening on Monday 21st September.

Please remember that Covid-19 restrictions will be enforced throughout your visit. Covid 19 Rules:


•All customers must sanitize their hands using the dispenser provided when entering the premises

•All customers must wear a face covering when they are not seated at their table (I.e. Walking to the toilets, walking to their table or leaving the premesis)

•All drinks will be delivered to your tab

le and we ask you to remain seated and remain patient as this may take a little longer than usual during busy periods

•No more than 6 people from 3 households can be seated together
