Developed by the knowledge of Master Celebrity Chef Kevin Dundon and local Brew Master Kieran Bird, our unique craft beer recipies have been designed to pair well together with fine food, leaving wonderful tasting flavours lingering after every mouthful. Our brewery prides itself in locally sourcing the very best ingredients, along with growing our own hops and barley we use our own ancient spring well for water – keeping all things natural.
