Hi everyone I am posting this just to let you all know that the Flynn Family have every intention of being back where we feel we belong in the very near future. With all the rumours flying around we would like to say that we have nearly 50 years of history in the business and will have 50 more ahead of us. This is a family business we are very proud of. We would therefore appreciate if people would let us get on with getting our family business back in our name again. Some people may think that we have done nothing in the past 4 years since Sean passed away but let me assure you all that we have been fighting hard on all fronts to get it back and open for business again. We will have this sorted out very shortly and we hope that you will support us in this and let everyone you know that the Flynn"s want their business back in the very near future. We would appreciate all the support you can give us as we had some good times and some bad times ( but I can say mostly good times ) and we will have those good times again when we get the opportunity. Thank you for reading this and please let everyone share this. LET US GET FLYNN'S THE MINERS BAR OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Thank you all.

As a mark of respect on the death of our friend and neighbour Charles O Loughlin the fundraiser and bazaar in the Miners Bar has been postponed from this Saturday the 14th to Saurday the 21st December.
