This Sunday, we’re doing things a little differently for Father’s Day.
We’ll be putting our usual menu on hold and serving a special Father’s Day menu in the bar, created just for the dads.
Featured on the menu is our Mountain House Angus Double Smash Burger:
🔥 Angus double smash patties
🍄 Shiitake miso butter
🧀 Smoked Gubeen cheese
🌶️ Chilli miso mayo
And because it’s Father’s Day, every dad gets a FREE pint when they order a meal.
We’ll also have a few other special options available exclusively for the day, so bring the family, grab a seat in the bar, and treat Dad to something special.

Announcing a special series of pop-ups featuring the 2025 ET Young Chef finalists x The Mountain House
This exclusive series will consist of a collection of unique events, with each menu carefully curated by one of the finalist chefs in collaboration with and The Mountain House team.
Celebrating local and seasonal produce, every pop-up will centre around its own individual theme — showcasing creativity, collaboration, and the next generation of Irish culinary talent.
Event Dates:
• Nell McCarthy — May 26th
• Eoghan O’Flynn — June 30th
• Maike Venema — July 13th
• Rob Martin — August 17th
• David Harte (2025 Winner) — September 14th
• November 2nd — The Grand Finale: a collaborative evening featuring all of the young chefs cooking together
Each ticket is €85 and includes:
• 5-course tasting menu
• Welcome drink
• Digestif
A full bar will be available on the night.
Exclusive accommodation rates will also be available for guests attending the events.
