Chef-Owner Cristian Encina came with the wave of travellers who arrived in Bali and never left. Artists, chefs, creatives - people drawn to an island with a rare and restless energy.

Cantina Rooftop is a homage to Bali’s creative spirit, a menu shaped by the flavours and influences of an international community that came from everywhere and stayed. Perched above one of Ubud’s most sacred temples, the Pura Gunung Lebah, a dining experience only found in Ubud.

Siargao comes to Cantina Rooftop for one night as part of this year’s Ubud Food Festival.

Salt, smoke, vinegar, fire. The kind of food that doesn’t sit quietly on the table.

Dom Hammond and Chef Dre bring the Filipino favourites people know them for, from sharp kinilaw to smoky, late-night bites made for eating with your hands and ordering one more drink.

Chef Cristian comes in from the other side, with his Chilean roots and Latin American instinct for acid, char, heat, and balance.

Three chefs on one rooftop. Different kitchens. Same appetite.

Price includes an eight-course sharing dinner with two snacks, two starters, two mains, and two desserts.
