Food Explore 5 is the biggest event presented by Food Technology Department, Universitas Pelita Harapan. Last sequel of Food Explore, Food Explore 4 use Java as main theme of the event whereas now, Sumatra the Gold Island will be the theme for Food Explore 5. There are Exhibition, Senior High School Competition, University Competition, Seminar, Bazaar and various outstanding performance. Food Expl

ore 5 Exhibition is the most unique part of the event. Exhibition is a part where students create a lot of new food product with unique raw materials. For Senior High School Competition, Food Explore 5 offers High School Food Innovation, Food Race,and English Debate Competition. Also for University Category, Food Explore organize Food Innovation Competition. We also have Open Competition which will challenge your knowledge, creativity and senses! Food Explore also held Seminar for public with interesting theme "Cermat memilih pangan, sehat kini dan nanti" that will be presented by the profesionals. Come and Participate in annual event of Food Technology Department! :D
