Gimana cara agar hasil seduhan kopi tetap konsisten? Pertanyaan ini sering kami dapat dri pelanggan dan tiap hari di ulik sm barista kedai, terlebih dimeja bar kami punya banyak single origin nusantara.
Paling penting, perhatiin karakter/profil roast dan penyimpanan biji kopi, barulah variabel seduh dan teknik seduh buat kuncian.
Panjang ya kalo diobrolin mending mampir kedai deh 🤣, rilisan roasted beans bulan juli udah naik dimeja bar kedai nih
