From Shanghai to Uluwatu. 🥃

A few years back, a visit to Union Trading Company showed us just how brilliantly oolong tea pairs with bourbon. We took that inspiration back to White Rabbit and crafted the Uluwatu 560—named as a nod to their original 560 Fuxing Road location where the idea first took root.

We’ve put our own spin on it by swapping the original amaro for Montenegro, adding chocolate and cocoa bitters, and finishing with a touch of saline to round out the edges.
Rich, tannic, and balanced.

Pull up a stool tonight and try it for yourself.
