Don’t let the name fool you: Rat Bastard is a sophisticated, bold, and spirit-forward cocktail. This Negroni riff is reminiscent of a Rusty Nail, thanks to the rum, Averna, kaffir lime leaf bitters, and our own Copper Bonnet Gin blend.

Why did we call it Rat Bastard? This cocktail is part of our Mar Pacifico menu that tells the story of Magellan’s journey around the globe, through cocktails.
