Kecap manis belongs in Jakarta comfort food. Even more so when brushed over smoky satay, eaten straight off the skewer, fingers sticky from the sweet-salty glaze.

The Soy Cubano takes that same familiar sweetness and pulls it somewhere darker - Chivas Regal 12YO, PX sherry, salted chocolate, smoky Japanese tea, and kecap manis layered into something deep, rich, and spirit-forward.
