This month’s Cocktail of the Month selection at The Writers Bar invites you to explore flavour in a new light.

The Fluffy Garibaldi opens with a vibrant lift, where rum infused kecombrang meets Campari, wild strawberry liqueur, and airy orange juice, finished with a gentle sparkle of ginger ale. The Clear Colada offers a more refined expression, pairing rum infused mesoji with fresh pineapple, coconut, and a bright note of lime for a clean, balanced finish. For something deeper, Bonafides brings together rum infused basil, pineapple juice, orgeat, lemon, and a subtle hint of truffle oil, creating a layered and unexpected profile.

This February, discover the Cocktail of the Month at The Writers Bar, celebrating love and fortune through three distinctive creations by our mixologists, romantic, indulgent and made to be savoured.

Garden Heart by Rizki Renaldi is a refreshing, garden-inspired cocktail with gin, Aperol, basil, strawberry, watermelon and yuzu, reflecting love and tenderness.

Scarlett Fortune by Akbar is a bold whisky creation with orange and cacao, celebrating love, fortune and prosperity inspired by Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day.

Chocolate Whisper by Rizky Ncis is a modern chocolate martini blending vodka, hazelnut and white cacao, finished with a touch of sea salt for indulgent romance.
