We’ve reintroduced some old dishes, with some new changes, back on the menu from tonight.

- cavolo nero, bagna càuda, crispy chickpeas, burnt lemon, yoghurt
- lamb rendang & cotija cheese xian bing
- raw hokkaido scallop, hazelnut goma dare, mushroom dashi, tabia bun

Mosto presents FERMENTO, a one-night-only exploration into the wild, expressive world of natural wine.⁠

On Thursday, 30 October, we pour from the vines of - the cult Catalan winemakers redefining natural wine for Fermento Vol.3.⁠

Founded by Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, Partida Creus is all about revival - abandoned vineyards, near-extinct native grape varieties and a deep respect for the land. Their work is a testament to passion, tradition, sustainability and minimal intervention. A reminder of the beauty in preserving our heritage and celebrating wines that are alive and expressive.⁠

Join us for an evening of small plates, big wines and sounds by ⁠
An exclusive a la carte menu will be on offer with Partida Creus wines to pair.⁠

Luke Whearty is internationally recognised for leading some of the world’s most forward-thinking cocktail menus. After years of global success, he returned to Australia to open BYRDI in Melbourne (World’s 50 Best Bars), a modern Australian bar celebrating local produce and seasonality.⁠
Together, Luke and Matt are also co-founders of Like Minded Creatures, an experimental global project exploring the future of drinks, culture, collaboration and supporting the future of hospitality professionals. ⁠
