Thursday night, we’ll dive into the world of Kikagaku Moyo - psychedelic rock band known for their hypnotic blend of krautrock, classical music, folk and Japanese psych.

Across three albums, we’ll follow their journey through swirling guitars, hypnotic rhythms and spacious, meditative passages - music that rewards deep listening and getting lost in the details.

Szombat este Donnie Jep és Kisjankó vezetésével egy 4 órás utazásban vehetünk részt.

Közös játékaik egyik alapszabálya, hogy nem beszélik meg előre, mi kerül a lemezjátszóra. Mindketten hozzák a saját válogatásukat, aztán hagyják, hogy egyik lemez vezesse a következőt.

Donnie Jep a bólogatós groove-októl az elektronikus és gitáros zenékig válogat, míg Kisjankó a brazil folklórtól az indie-ig, régi klasszikusoktól az elfeledett és váratlan felfedezésekig kalandozik.

This Saturday, join us for a 4-hour journey guided by Donnie Jep and Kisjankó.

One of the golden rules of their back-to-back sets is that they never discuss beforehand what will end up on the turntables. They both bring their own selections and let one record lead to the next.

Donnie Jep digs through head-nodding grooves, electronic and guitar-driven sounds, while Kisjankó travels from Brazilian folk to indie, from forgotten classics to unexpected discoveries.

Its time to wrap up the summer. Come and join us for the August finale featuring amazing local musicians behind the decks to create the soundtracks of your nights. The line up begins with Haiku radio which is a carefully selected playlist from all kinds of genres curated by the one and only Henri Gonzo. Then we move on to ambient and eclectic electronic soundscpae by Akos V, an amazing folktronica debut by Tovishazi Ambrus know as Dzshungel, then we bring you back to the 80's, we play some records brought by you on a Monday, Marosi performs behind the Dj booth, we listen to some blue notes by the legendary Miles Davis and we finish by reggae vibrations by Fluffypower Digital. What a ride. 🚲

Henri Gonzalez “Gonzo” —singer, guitarist, composer, and lyricist—was already playing percussion and congas in his father's Caribbean-born Latin band as a teenager. Currently, he is the frontman of Fran Palermo, which was founded in 2011. In 2013, he moved to London for a year, which marked a temporary breakup for the band.

In 2015, the song ideas he gathered during his time in England gave birth to the revived band's first album. Henri arranged the songs himself and wrote part of the lyrics as well. Since then, he has also composed music for films and commercials. His solo project is popular too, where he performs on stage with just a guitar under the name Henri Gonzo.

With Henri Gonzo, the classic British pop of the "heroic age" of the 1960s comes back to life—refreshed with a bit of Latin fire. This is paired with his unique personal style, as he takes the stage in multi-colored outfits. Beside making music, he works as a graphic designer and paints.

In 2020, he met the poet Márton Simon, who inspired him to start setting poems to music and, over time, write lyrics in Hungarian. In 2022, he launched his Hungarian-language project, Henri Gonzo és a Papírsárkányok, with bandmates including multi-instrumentalist Zazie Farkas and the Guinean-Hungarian bassist Issiaga Camara.

Akos V is a Budapest-based curator and DJ renowned for his eclectic sets blending heavy basses, percussive rhythms, weird electronics, ambient, acid and unexpected references to different segments of obscure pop music.

Elza is a French-Hungarian dancer and DJ with a deep-rooted passion for music shaped by the sounds and culture of the African diaspora. Her soulful selections draw from soul, jazz and funk, moving freely between house and broken beat.

As a dancer herself, she sees the dancefloor as a place of connection—a space where music brings people together through movement and shared energy.
